3. How We Use Your Data
The data submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry. Your message is sent as an email to our company mailbox (info@kaffonlimited.com) via the Microsoft Graph API. We do not use your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.
4. Data Processing & Third-Party Services
Microsoft Graph API — Contact form submissions are transmitted to our Microsoft 365 mailbox using the Microsoft Graph API with OAuth2 authentication. Microsoft processes this data as a sub-processor under their privacy statement.
GoatCounter — We use GoatCounter for privacy-friendly website analytics. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors. For more information, see the GoatCounter privacy policy.
Google Fonts — We load typefaces (Manrope, Fira Code) from Google Fonts. When you visit our site, your browser connects to Google servers to retrieve font files. Google may process your IP address for this purpose. See Google's privacy policy.

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Basic technical storage may still be used by third-party services where required for delivery or security.
